What to send

Not in the form. Reply to our email with these attached.

The broken original. Even in pieces. A physical sample beats every photograph, and it goes back with the new part.
Photos with a scale reference. A ruler or caliper in frame. Shoot every face, including the mating surfaces and any screw bosses.
The equipment label. Model, serial, revision. Photograph it rather than transcribing it.
The OEM part number. From a service manual, a parts diagram, or a purchase order. Discontinued numbers are still useful.
Anything the part touches. A part that has to fit something is much easier to get right when we can measure the something.
