Copy it off the label on the machine, including any revision or configuration code.
The situation
What it does, where it sits, and what happened to it, if anything. Include the OEM part number if you have it, even if it is discontinued.
Up to 3 files, 25 MB total. Photos of the part and the equipment label help most. Your request still sends if a file does not.
Anything else
Constraints we would not guess: heat near the part, chemicals it contacts, load it carries, a fit that has to be exact.

M3D Parts makes non-patient-contact, non-implant parts for medical, laboratory, and industrial equipment. Housings, covers, brackets, mounts, knobs, trays, racks, guides, and fixtures.

We are not a medical device manufacturer. We hold no quality system certification and no regulatory clearance, and we make no biocompatibility or sterilization claims. Validating a part for your application is your call to make. That scope is deliberate. The documentation and validation regulated manufacturing requires is real work with real cost, and not carrying it is what keeps our price and our turnaround down.
